Explore a curated collection of football guernseys from the post-war period, alongside many other significant pieces of sporting memorabilia that connect Bonegilla's migrant stories with the region's rich sporting history.
Learn how a pair of boots and a club guernsey often became more than just sporting gear. For many migrants, they were a pathway to belonging, employment and community.
Bonegilla Migrant Experience is open Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 4pm. Closed on all public holidays except Good Friday, Easter Monday and Boxing Day. Where a Catastrophic Fire Danger Rating is declared, the site will also close.
