From the organiser
When does patience run out? When is enough finally enough?
Enough? Enough! ENOUGH brings together nationally recognised artists Kara Wood, Raquel Ormella and Zoe Brand to explore women's labour, activism, power and protest through ceramics, textiles and wearable art.
At its heart is Wood's large-scale installation of raw, unfired clay vessels. Reimagined with contributions from Canberra Potters members using reclaimed clay, the work combines fragility with collective strength, transforming individual acts of making into a communal gesture of resistance and remembrance.
Presented at Canberra Potters Gallery in conjunction with the Craft + Design Canberra Festival, the exhibition invites visitors to consider how art, craft and design can give form to a shared desire for change.
