From the organiser
The 50th Historic Winton will be an extra-special celebration of historic motorsport and historic vehicles to mark this amazing milestone. Organisers are assembling as many of the original race cars from the 1st Historic Winton in 1977 that they can find. Impressive old and retro cars from the early 1900s to the mid-1980s will be on track.
Historic Winton is one of North Eastern Victoria's largest sporting events with entrants and spectators coming from around Australia. It's the charm of yesteryear in one giant showcase and a walk down memory lane for many who see the cars and motorbikes of their childhood on show. Vintage lovers can marvel over the beautiful designs whilst the mechanically inclined can enjoy engines and revs.
All the trackside features like the Shannons Car Park and massive vehicle displays, competition paddock access to the race cars and drivers and auto market with be there once again. To add to the festivities, some special celebrations are being planned to mark this landmark event. A courtesy bus will take spectators to the various sites around the track. Camping is available at Winton Motor Raceway's official campground right next to the racetrack.

Melbourne Food Tour through Chinatown and Laneways with Drink
Melbourne, Victoria
Most food tours hand you a printed menu and walk you through the same venues every time. This one doesn't. Your guide meets you at Gordon Reserve at 11am, learns what your group eats and what you don't, then builds the route from there. Four to six substantial tastings across Chinatown and Melbourne's laneways, chosen around what's seasonal and worth your time. The venues shift, but the format stays consistent: hand-folded dumplings, Michelin-starred yum cha, regional Chinese street food, oysters, soft cheeses, Indian dhai puri, and one drink at a top-tier laneway bar or cellar door. Non-alcoholic options available. Groups are capped at eight, giving your guide time for questions and the stories behind each stop, including how immigration and laneways shaped Melbourne into a food capital. This is built to be your lunch, so come hungry. We accommodate vegetarians and religious dietary requirements. Built for adventurous eaters. Wear comfortable shoes for two to three kilometres.
“Wheelchair accessible. All venues have ramp or elevator access. Stroller accessible. Service animals permitted.”
