From the organiser
Petrarch's Bookshop is excited to be hosting Ariarne Titmus in conversation with Rick Fontyn.
Relentless, is a deeply personal memoir which charts the incredible journey of swimming sensation Ariarne Titmus, who created one of the greatest underdog stories in Australian sport as she emerged from Tasmania to dethrone American legend Katie Ledecky.
How did a girl from Tasmania decide she wanted to be an Olympic champion swimmer at the age of seven?
Known as 'The Terminator', Ariarne is renowned for her grit and determination. Overcoming setbacks, expectations and the pressure of competing at the highest level, she repeatedly proved herself on the biggest stage and inspired a generation of Australians.
Tickets are for general admission and include a glass upon entry.
Petrarch's Bookshop will be onsite to sell Ariarne's book.
