From the organiser
Now in its 16th year, AddOn is a much-loved Head On Photo Festival exhibition, bringing together a vibrant mix of square-format photographs from professionals, artists, emerging photographers, enthusiasts, celebrities and politicians.
Presented without captions, each image invites viewers to pause, look closely and create their own meaning. The result is an unexpected, engaging and diverse collection of photographs that celebrates the many ways people see the world.
AddOn is non-competitive and open to photographers at every stage of their practice, making it an ideal way to take part in Head On Photo Festival.
Curated by Charles McKean and Head On Photo Festival Director Moshe Rosenzveig OAM, AddOn is part of Head On Photo Festival 2026. Join to celebrate the exhibition and discover images united by one simple format: the square.
