Children's Policy: Children aged 6-14 as at 1 January in the current year are eligible to purchase a junior ticket. Children aged 5 and under are free with no ticket, provided they sit on the parent/guardian lap. Persons aged 15 years and over as at 1 January in the current year are classified as an adult. Concession Policy: Concession applys to Pensioners, Veteran Affairs & TPI, Full-Time Students, valid Personal Treatment Entitlement Card holders and valid Healthcare Card holders.

Reserved spaces and carer seats are available through Ticketmaster Customer Service - 03 9674 9700. There is a general admission area available which operates on a first in - first served basis. There are no seats in this area and helpers must bring their own folding chair. Entry is gained through Gate 3. Car parking is available but cannot be booked in advance and operates on a first in - first served basis. The entrance is via Park Crescent ( Entrance D ) and to gain access a disabled sticker must be displayed.
