Flowers to Flavour: Honey Tasting & Harvest Experience
About this event
Celebrate spring through the remarkable story of the honeybee. With Tulip Time in full bloom just outside, discover how seasons, weather and flowers shape the flavour and character of every jar of honey. Begin with a guided tasting of six distinctive Australian honeys, learning to explore aroma, texture and complexity like a sommelier. Then get hands-on - examine a freshly harvested honeycomb frame, break it open and press warm, raw honey straight into jars. No filtering, no blending. Just pure honey, exactly as the bees made it. Includes a jar of freshly pressed honey to take home This workshop requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the minimum is not reached, registered guests will be refunded in full.
