From the organiser
After another massive year on the road in support of their latest record "A Young Person's Guide to King Parrot", the KP crew have put together an 8 show run of shows to close out 2026 in Australia. They'll be heading Off The Beaten Track to hit some of those less ventured locations including regional VIC, NSW and 3 shows in Tasmania! After kicking off the year in the USA alongside metal veterans Gwar and Soulfly for 39 shows across the continent, the boys have shown no signs of slowing down with upcoming summer European festival appearances scheduled and select club dates through Europe, Scandinavia, the UK and Ireland throughout August and September.
In a change to the usual King Parrot touring lineup and while a few long standing members take some time off the road, the band have enlisted US bass playing veteran Derek Engemann to handle duties for upcoming touring commitments. Derek brings a wealth of experience including a 6 show stint filling in for Rex Brown from Pantera as well as more permanent duties in hugely successful metal acts like Cattle Decapitation, Scour and Philip H. Anselmo and The Illegals. Be sure to catch King Parrot.. Off The Beaten Track in November and December through Australia. Tickets are on sale now!

After Dark Tasmanian Devil Feeding Tour at Cradle Mountain
Cradle Mountain-Lake St. Clair National Park, Tasmania
4.9 · 317 reviews on Viator
The after dark feeding tour is an experience that is unique to Devils@Cradle. This tour provides an unforgettable experience, and the opportunity to observe these extraordinary animals whilst one of our keepers gives you a greater understanding of them, and details the conservation work being undertaken within the facility. Devils and quolls are primarily nocturnal species, therefore are far more active at night, and the introduction of food generally stimulates some fierce competition between them. We use environmentally sensitive lighting and focus on the social interactions and feeding habits of these unique carnivores, allowing visitors a rare up close opportunity of seeing Tasmanian devils in a group feeding situation - quite a spectacular sight!
