About this tour

Travel privately to Jervis Bay in a luxury Mercedes V-Class for an included dolphin watching day trip from Sydney.

The highlight is your dolphin watching cruise in Jervis Bay Marine Park. A relaxed cruise on a spacious vessel with room to move to capture the perfect photo.

Look for pods of wild bottlenose dolphins in the bay's clear blue water, with humpback whales passing through seasonally from around May to November.

Along the way, enjoy Royal National Park, Bald Hill Lookout, the Kiama Blowhole and lunch at Huskisson marina - lunch not included.

Break the drive home in Berry for a coffee or famous cinnamon donut, then relax to your hotel drop-off.

Your driver is a Sydney local with over 17 years in the touring industry, so you get the good stops, not just the obvious ones. Ideal for couples, families and friends wanting a Sydney to Jervis Bay dolphin cruise.

Private luxury transport to and from Jervis Bay, choice of group tour on the bay.

  1. 1

We take a scenic drive through the park with views through the roof and surrounds taking in the seventy of nature.(pass by)

  2. 2

Kick off the day with one of the best coastal views in the Illawarra. Perched high on the escarpment at Stanwell Tops, Bald Hill gives you sweeping views down the coastline, taking in the sea cliffs, Stanwell Park beach below and the Sea Cliff Bridge hugging the rocks in the distance. It's also a famous hang gliding and paragliding launch spot, so there's a good chance you'll see pilots taking off over the ridge. Take in the Lawrence Hargrave memorial, honouring the aviation pioneer who tested his box kites here in the 1890s. From late autumn through spring, keep an eye on the ocean for passing humpback whales.(15 min)

  3. 3

Feel the ocean's power at one of the most famous natural attractions on the NSW coast. When the swell is right, waves surge into a sea cave in the rocky headland and force water up through the opening in a spectacular burst of spray, sometimes shooting dozens of metres into the air. It's often called one of the largest blowholes in the world, and it's been drawing visitors since the 1800s. Stroll along the headland, take in the views of the lighthouse and ocean, and keep an eye out for the smaller Little Blowhole just along the path.(15 min)

  4. 4

Arrive at the vibrant Huskisson Wharf, the gateway to Jervis Bay’s turquoise waters. Before your Dolphin Watching Cruise, enjoy free time for lunch at a waterfront café or the historic Huskisson Hotel. This central stop in the maritime village allows you to soak up the local atmosphere and prepare for your marine adventure at your own pace. (Note: Lunch and cruise tickets are an additional cost at the wharf).(1 hr)

  5. 5

Arrive in the maritime village of Huskisson, the central hub of the Jervis Bay Marine Park and gateway to the Jervis Bay National Park. This single, extended stop is designed for complete relaxation and world-class marine discovery. Your time in Huskisson includes: Dolphin or Whale Watching: Depart from the wharf on an optional cruise to see the bay’s famous bottlenose dolphins or migrating whales (seasonal). White Sand Foreshore: Enjoy a stroll along the Huskisson foreshore to experience the region's legendary "whitest sand" and turquoise waters. Bayside Village Life: With your Mercedes V-Class parked nearby, you have total flexibility to enjoy a gourmet lunch at a waterfront café or browse the local boutique shops at your own pace.(2 hr)

  6. 6

Take a break in Berry, one of the South Coast's most charming country towns. Wander the tree-lined main street, browse the boutique shops and heritage buildings, and grab a coffee or a treat before the final stretch home. Locals swear by the bakeries, and the famous cinnamon donut van is a favourite with visitors.(30 min)
