About this tour
This is a private experience for your meditation tour. Vishali is a retired registered nurse who has worked for 34 years at the bedside, mostly in a busy medical center in Berkeley Ca. She is also a certified meditation instructor who has been meditating for 30 years. She brings not only meditation experience but spiritual knowledge and teachings to this class. This is for beginners AND experienced meditators.
This is a unique tour in that you will be learning amongst the most stunning views of the red rocks of Sedona, which will easily facilitate your meditation experience. There are many documented health benefits to meditation, like lowering blood pressure and reducing free radicals in the body. It also reduces stress and anxiety. The root cause of stress and tension is our feeling of being separate from ourselves. Learn how easy it actually is, and incorporate it into your life in a way that works for you. Be sure to book! This is your time.
