    Pick-up at your hotel in Florence at around 8:00 AM and a scenic drive across the Apennines to Maranello, home of Ferrari (about 1 hour and 30 minutes). Visit the Ferrari Museum (ticket included): legendary cars from the first models to today's supercars, the cars of the Formula 1 world champions, trophies and the story of Enzo Ferrari. If you wish, you can try a Formula 1 simulator on site (optional, extra cost).(2 hr)

    Free time in Maranello for lunch at a restaurant of your choice (own expense): tortellini are a must for an authentic Emilia-Romagna lunch.(1 hr)

    Guided visit of a historic family-run acetaia on the Modena hills, where Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP is aged for years in wooden barrels. Tasting included: 4 balsamic vinegars, Parmigiano Reggiano and Lambrusco wine. Drive back to Florence, arriving at your hotel at around 5:00 PM.(1 hr 30 min)
