We will spend some time on the dock of the Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse to discuss the Legend of Theodosia Burr and the Graveyard of the Atlantic.(10 min)

Your pilot then makes a smooth, sweeping turn over the shoreline, giving you incredible views of Nags Head's beautiful beaches before heading back across the sound to Manteo. From the air you'll enjoy spectacular views of the barrier islands, winding waterways, marshes, boats, and miles of pristine coastline. Keep an eye out for dolphins and rays that are often spotted from above. This flight lasts approximately 10 minutes but please allow up to an hour for the experience.
