- CHECK IN TIME is 30 minutes prior to departure time. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late for check in, your excursion will be shortened, cancelled or rescheduled with no refund given.
- Weight limit is 300lbs per seat. R44 max weight is 650lbs, R66 max weight is 900lbs
- Groups of 4+ may be split into multiple helicopters
- WEIGHT SURCHARGES: Groups of 2 over 500lbs, groups of 3 over 650lbs and groups of 4 over 900lbs will be charged a weight surcharge. You can call 907-351-6736 to pay the additional weight surcharge within 48 hours of making the reservation. If weight surcharge not paid, we cannot guarantee extra aircraft will be available and flight may be rescheduled or canceled without a refund.
