At our farm, we have a full-circle mushroom production process that serves local Farmer's Markets and dozens of the finest restaurants in Nashville, all housed in a small and highly efficient space.
We will include lots of time for questions, as well as hands-on opportunities to keep people of all learning styles and age ranges engaged and interested.
