- Strikes at the Louvre may happen, and the Museum may decide to close with no prior notice. If this happens, there will not be a refund.
- Clients must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. This is due to the timed entry of the tickets.
- Tickets are timed and expire within 5 to 10 minutes.
- Tickets can only be used once. You will not be able to get back in if you leave one of the museum wings.
