About this tour
Be guided by a local knowledge holder through "No Man's Land' and discover the abundant plant life, foods & Traditional medicines.
Discover plants such as the grass potato - Curculigo ensifolia, a small grass like plant with yellow star flowers produced close to the ground in spring & autumn. These roots are an important food in Northern Australia.
This 1-hour tour will take you back in time to understand Gumbaynggirr culture and will finish back at Yarrawarra Cultural Centre where you will enjoy a bush tucker tasting & native inspired beverage.
