“The majority of the walking tour is paved. There are one or two sections that may go over hard-packed dirt. And we also go down an alleyway for a few blocks that sometimes has debris and/or glass. We have had many strong people in wheel chairs on the tour with no problems, but those in wheel chairs without a lot of strength may find it difficult in certain sections.”

NOTE: Because we limit the number of people in each tour, this tours tends to sell out quickly. This tour takes you through the most haunted neighborhood in Denver. Historic Haunted Mansions, Scandals, and History, are the themes of this paranormal tour. We often capture orbs and sometimes even shadow people. Paranormal activity is never guaranteed. Duration: 2 Hours. Distance: 1.7 Mile Walking Tour. The tour meets at 901 Sherman St, on the corner of 9th and Sherman, in front of the lighted, Archer Tower sign. Make sure to go to the Sherman side of the building. Note: Book Early, this tour tends to sell out quickly, during the Halloween Season.. Note: This is a rain or shine event. Note: we also offer this tour as an all-inclusive experience, with a boozy twist.
